Description :
  • Leads training development project; develops, creates and implements project plans for execution of instructional design processes and targeted performance objectives
  • Oversees aspects of course quality including content, editorial and overall presentation of material, tracking and resolving issues through TMS
  • Performs a variety of specialized and technical duties involved in the creation, conversion and maintenance of HRDQ, OpenSeasme and McLean and Company courseware and related components in various disciplines
  • Designs and develops eLearning courses using course authoring tools (i.e. Articulate 360 and Adobe Captivate)
  • Collaborates and partners with team members and subject matter experts to develop, modify and implement training in accordance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Federal Aviation Administration and Transportation Security Administration requirements
  • Designs, develops and creates instructional activities, programs and learning experiences including classroom instruction, job aids, simulations, role-plays, self-study materials, curricula and web-based instruction
  • Creates user manuals and instructional support material including presentations, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, manuals, videos, job aids and other performance support materials
  • Participates in evaluation of workflow, processes and operations systems; performs needs analysis using available data and establishes a process to review and evaluate program results to continuously
  • Develops and implements measurement standards to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and the transfer of skills to the job; distributes reporting metrics to pertinent personnel
  • Assists with post assessment and evaluation efforts; analyzes existing training through research activities and needs analyses in order to enhance and upgrade programs
Requirements :
  • EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration or a field directly related to the type of work being performed.
  • Graduate degrees related to the type of work to be performed may substitute for the experience requirement on a year-for-year basis.
  • EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • Three years of professional administrative, financial or analytical experience related to the type of work being performed are required.
  • Professional experience related to the type of work to be performed may substitute for the education requirement on a year-for-year basis.
